Our Studio apartment is located at a very attractive location in an new stone house, close to the Old City in a quiet residential district, with a great view of the Old Town and the Sea..You will enjoy this breathtaking view from the beautiful terrace surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Perfect for a Dubrovnik holiday

We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat. Everything that is important is within walking distance. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax after a trip to the old town. We would love to come back.

Fabulous stay

Perfect for our short stay said it was a 10 min walk to centre but didnt feel that long. Outside space with table and chairs and amazing views of the fort and walls of old town. Also had sun loungers and jacuzzi shared with a 2nd apartment which we used. Highly recommended

Great location

The location is minutes away from pile gate. Two small shops, a great sandwich bar, bakery and delicious restaurant (sesame) all within a 5-10 min walk. A coffee spot right in dubrovnik university was also delightful. It was too hot to use the Jacuzzi but we sat on the foyer and enjoyed the shade. The view is incredible despite the overgrown bushes without which it would honestly be too hot. The walk up and down was not terrible but there isn't an easy spot for a taxi to stop or park immediately there (all things that were explained in the listing!). It would have been wonderful to have a coffee maker but all other amenities that were available were great. We didn't meet the host unfortunately and I completely missed the amazing materials that were left for us to browse under the TV but again that's not to fault the hostess. The only downside was an unpleasant oder from under the sink in the kitchen area However the apartment was clean and there were towels and soap left for us which was much appreciated.

Lovely quiet apt; perfect location

We loved this place! A 5 min walk to the walled city gate, restaurants, beach, etc. The apt had all amenities and the most comfortable bed. Owners were lovely.
