"Really lovely place, tasty breakfast, super friendly , professional and helpful staff"

"Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it.

"Such an amazing experience staying in a palace. Absolutely grand and such a beautiful location. Very memorable."

The room was also spacious, but it did not quite hit the 5 star rating with the interior feeling a bit clinical. The other thing was that you have to reserve the spa area for two hours and I'm not sure if that's the limit or you have to pay extra after. Would also expect earlier opening than 10am."
