It's located in the centre of the city, off St Stephens Green, beside the Shelbourne Hotel - less than a 5-minute walk to The Royal College of Surgeons, Trinity College & Grafton Street
The space
This beautiful, newly refurbished Luxury high end one bed apartment is very bright, comfortable & a spacious place with all mod-cons. It has been refurbished to a 5 star hotel quality fitting with its location and it is a very stylish design with stunning high ceilings. It has only just been listed on Verb for the first time so everything is brand new - Hotel quality beds, top quality bed linen, new furniture, new bathrooms, new kitchens etc

It is located in a very safe area of Dublin City Centre with absolutely everything on your door step - trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, shops etc.. It is just off St Stephens Green, beside the Shelbourne Hotel - less than a 5-minute walk to The Royal College of Surgeons, Trinity College & Grafton Street. The location is on the doorstep of key city attractions including museum, library, gallery, public transport, restaurants, theatres and cafes. Directly across the road is St Stephens Green for recreational activities like running, jogging, walking and nature gazing.

It is a secure place to stay and comes highly recommended.

I spent a month in this apartment and absolutely loved it. It didn't take long to feel like "home" - comfortable, cozy, clean and safe.The location is fantastic and perfectly suited my purposes for this trip. It's ideally situated for walking the city and strolling in the park, while being close to all transportation options including Aircoach to/from the airport.The property itself is beautifully appointed with a well-equipped kitchen. (The pictures are spot on.) And the property's security is top-notch, which I appreciated as a solo traveler. I always felt safe and cozy and slept well each night here.The hosts were helpful and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dublin! I'd be pleased to stay here again and will recommend the property to others whenever possible.This property is an absolute gem.

Off-Season Relaxation

My wife and I booked this gem for a lengthy stay in late January to mid February. 5/5, 10/10, whatever rating you want to use, IT. WAS. THE. BEST!Booking Accuracy: Spot On. Comfortable one bedroom suite with full kitchen; electric heat throughout.Access/Security: VERY secure; key and code. Communication: Clear & Concise; never unavailable. Location: Center of everything. So much to do from here on foot.It was such a good stay that I doubt we will ever be able to find this much unbooked time at this property ever again. We are grateful to have found it and enjoyed it as much as we did!One improvement recommendation, since we arrived after dark, is to provide an exterior light over the building address. Our cab passed by it twice!

Excellent property

I rented a one bedroom garden apartment in a multi-unit converted Georgian building in the heart of Dublin. Great location, across the street from the Shelbourne Hotel and steps from St. Stephen’s Green. The unit is newly renovated. Kitchen and bath have new appliances. The rooms and furniture are fresh and clean. Fully stocked with items needed for a lengthy stay. My contact at the property agency was responsive and promptly addressed some minor requests I had on the day I arrived. I would absolutely book at this property again.
