    We have received all 5 star reviews, 100% of guests would stay again.
    Fantastic Luxury Apartment located right beside the river at the Ha'Penny Bridge, Serenity in the City, Close to everything, yet so peaceful, have a great nights sleep and still be 5 minutes from Temple Bar.
    Top spec apartment recently remodeled, new kitchen, bathroom and all new furniture and appliances. Flexible check in times for early flight arrivals.
    3 minutes from Airport bus stop

    Apartment has recently been totally remodeled, with new kitchen, bathroom, all new furniture and appliances.
    Fantastic ground floor, Two bedroom, One bathroom apartment.
    Direct access to the fabulous interior gardens.
    The apartment is right in the center of the city, yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and tranquil the apartment and the interior gardens are. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden.
    The apartment complex was built in 1995, they saved the Victorian facades of all the old buildings on the river quays and built modern apartments behind.
    This apartment is decorated and furnished to a five star standard, and you will love staying here.
    Hundreds of restaurants, bars and stores are all directly outside the apartment, small supermarket on the corner of the complex and Tesco, Marks & Spencer’s are 5 minutes away
    Getting Around:
    Bus stops and the Luas (Trams) are all right outside the apartment.
    The airport bus stop 3 minute walk.
    A great way to see Dublin is on a Bike!!
    Dublin Bikes station 5 minutes away on Strand Street, Bikes are really cheap and you can drop them off at any Dublin Bikes location in the city, only 50 cents for 30 mins.
    You can also rent a car by the hour or by the day with GO CAR, there is GO CAR location close by.

    Other Things to Note:
    Two bedrooms: King bed in master bedroom and two Bunk beds in the second bedroom. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ALL OKAY WITH THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, ONE KING SIZE BED AND TWO BUNK BEDS, I AM 6.1 ft (185m) TALL AND I HAVE SLEPT IN THE BUNK BEDS AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE.
    Bathroom has power shower
    Super fast internet and WiFi. Smart TV with Netflix and lots of channels.
    Fully Equipped kitchen, with Stove/Cooker/Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee maker, Pots & Pans, Full size Fridge/Freezer.
    YES, Bed linens and towels are provided.
    YES, we provide a hairdryer
    Laundry: Family size Washer and tumble dryer.
    Parking: Sorry no parking available.
    House Rules:
    This is a residential apartment complex and neighbors have to get up early for work. No late night parties, No loud music.

Great location!Nice unit, small bedrooms, but that’s what we expected so close to Temple Bar area. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked breakfast daily. Murphy’s restaurant right next door is good!Great host!!

Really lovely apartment in a brilliant location, right in the city centre and on the doorstep of a wide variety of attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. That said, the apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and we really appreciated being able to drop our bags as soon as we arrived. Communication from the host was excellent, including a comprehensive guide to the area and what we should try to book in advance. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.

Mom's 1st time to Ireland

Took my Mom here to go to the Epic museum and find out about her ancestry from one of their genealogists. This place was perfect and centrally located.

This is a nice family-friendly apartment located right in the center of Dublin. It is part of an apartment complex that is invisible from the outside, but has some outdoor space and lots of quiet you would not expect in this location. The owners sent us VERY clear instructions on how to get here, so we had no trouble finding it.The location is great, with everything within walking distance and lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.This apartment is ideal for families with children. There is a double bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the second. The owners have left a notebook of tips and instructions that we found extremely helpful.

Great location. Only a short walk to the Temple Bar area. Paul was an amazing host, providing lots of information about the area and things that should be booked well in advance to ensure we didn’t miss out. The condo was well equipped for all our needs.

We had a great few days in Dublin. The location was perfect. The apartment was big enough, really clean and well stocked. We’d stay there again in a heart beat!

We had a great time staying in this fantastic location. It was exactly as described and Paul was very quick and clear with communicating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Dublin

Fantastic Location

We only actually stayed 1 night, but the location for 1 night in Dublin was great! We spent little time in the apartment, but the space and beds were great. If I was back in Dublin I would book again.

The property was the perfect location to all the cool places. Walking distance from it all. Apt was clean and secure. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot

This is a great spot in the center of Dublin. Many activities , shops and restaurants are walkable from this location. Paul was a great host. We had a great time!

Our stay was AMAZING! The location is near everything! Paul was a great host, providing ample information on how to get in from the airport, all the sights in the area and restaurant suggestions. The apartment is well appointed and the shower was wonderful. We stayed for 3 days and hope to be back soon. Thank you Paul! !

Amazing Location

This apartment was in the perfect location and allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to do as well as all the nightlife and good food. It also had everything we could have imagined needing.
