Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

J'aurais souhaité mettre un commentaire positif car l'appartement est très bien situé, propre et cosy mais les 2 lits 2 places sont une horreur.Pas de sommier, on sent les ressorts du matelas, bruyant à chaque mouvement.Oreillerd platsAppui tête avec barre douloureux en mode lecture.Nous étions 6, le canapé lit de 120 très inconfortable avec 1 côté mou et l'autre très dur.Tout est à changer et ce sera parfait

I don’t like to leave not great reviews, so I’d like to first point out the things we appreciated: the apartment is attractive, with high ceilings, and we were glad to have two full bedrooms with closets that included shelves; plenty of towels were offered (there were extras in the master bedroom closet), as were small vials of soap and shampoo; we actually liked the location for its proximity to a variety of ethnic restaurants that were less expensive than those in more touristy neighborhoods and for the fact that it is literally two doors down from the James Joyce Center, which we visited one of our days there.Alas, those pros didn’t do away with the cons: we didn’t realize until we were sent the check-in instructions that we would have to pick up the keys at another location a 15-minute walk away (which we did pulling our luggage)—we had to repeat this walk when turning in the keys after we checked out; while the surfaces seemed clean, it was obvious the rooms had not been vacuumed (I found a small clump of longish hair on the thin carpet in the master bedroom); we had to search for a wooden block—finally finding it in a closet in the hall—to prop one window open; the beds are not comfortable at all, as though you are lying right upon the springs; loud noises—construction starting at 7am right behind the unit as well as loud fights and revelry on the street—kept us awake; the shower curtain was moldy; and not even a speck of complimentary coffee or tea was offered.

Perfect for family of four

Lovely apartment, well appointed and very clean. Cool neighborhood within walking distance of tourist sites but on a quiet street. Loved having a kitchen and washing machine. Balcony was a bonus.

Below average location, decent place to stay

Location was a bit rough and certainly not an Irish experience. Bathroom was very small, rooms were fine but beds not remotely comfortable. Very loud outside, both from birds and people on the street at all hours.
