Easily accessible from major roads like Al Khail Road, connecting you to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and the Marina within 15 minutes. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Careem/Uber) are always available, and Dubai Hills Mall offers convenient transportation options.

★ Traveler Registration ★
We will require copies of passports (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance 🕒 to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.

★ Arrival and Departure Times ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., and the latest check-in time is 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!

★ Access Cards and Keys ★
Your access cards and keys are your ticket to a seamless stay 🔑. You’ll find them inside the apartment 🏠, and feel free to reach out if you need any assistance 📞. Please note that a fee of AED 500 will be charged if you lose your access card or parking card/sticker 🚗.

★ Cleaning and Linen ★
Before your check-in, we’ve gone the extra mile to ensure your space is spotless and welcoming 🧼.

Linen Inventory:
In the master bedroom, you’ll find:
✅ Flat or fitted sheet covering the mattress 🛏️
✅ Blanket with a cozy cover 🛌
✅ Two full sets of towels, each including:
• One bath towel 🛁
• One hand towel 🖐️
• Two face towels 🧽

Extra bedding is stored in your closet for your convenience, including an additional flat sheet and a blanket with a cover. Two more full sets of towels are also waiting for you 🧺. If you need extra sets, just let us know 48 hours before check-in at a cost of AED 50 per set 💵.

Please do not use kitchen towels for cleaning, as grease can cause irreversible damage 🚫. Damaged or missing towels will result in charges at check-out (AED 70 for a bath towel, AED 40 for a hand towel, and AED 20 for a face towel) 💸.

Make yourself at home with our basic cleaning supplies 🧹. A mop, broom, extra trash bags, and toilet paper are available for your use 🚮. Various cleaning products are also available to keep your space sparkling clean ✨.
