The Space

- The studio is centered around a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. The living space, featuring a versatile sofa bed, is ideal for relaxation or accommodating an extra guest. The studio's modern decor and thoughtful layout create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
- Enjoy the stunning vistas of Dubai's marina, the sea, and the bustling city from your private balcony. It's the perfect spot for morning reflections or evening relaxation, set against the backdrop of the city's dynamic energy.

There is a two-level basement parking in Studio One Dubai Marina. Every apartment is given at least one parking space.

Multiple high-speed elevators in Studio One Dubai Marina provide easy movement throughout the building.

SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The security staff of the building monitors it using CCTV cameras. It also has maintenance staff for quick service.

EVENT SPACE
There is a recreational area in Studio One Dubai Marina that can be used for gatherings and parties.

GYM AND FITNESS FACILITIES

Various bus stops are located near Studio One Dubai Marina. JLT, Business Centre Bus Stop is at a 12-minute distance from the building. Jumeirah Beach Residence Bus Stop and Bluewater Island Bus Stop are 13 minutes away from the location.

METRO STATIONS NEAR STUDIO ONE TOWER
Several metro stations are located near Studio One Tower, Dubai Marina. Jabel Ali Metro Station is an 8-minute drive from the location. DMCC Metro Station is 10 minutes away. Sobha Realty Metro Station is at a 15-minute distance from Studio One Tower.

TRAM STATIONS NEAR STUDIO ONE TOWER
