Shop at exclusive retail stores in Dubai Mall or be in awe by the breath-taking views from the tallest building in the world, The Burj Khalifa, only a 5 minute drive away.

Modern and spacious, this apartment is the best place to call home for your upcoming trip to Dubai. Styled in cool neutral tones with pops of blue and colourful artwork, this apartment gives you a taste of luxury. The fully equipped semi-enclosed kitchen has everything you may need to prepare some amazing meals home with a dining table seated for six. The living area features a plush, l-shaped sofa perfectly positioned in front of your wide screen TV. The balcony is spacious and has great views of the canal below. The master bedroom has an oversized, luxurious bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft we know you will have a great nights sleep! The two other bedrooms feature two small double beds in each, also fitted with Key Views signature linen. All bathrooms feature Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling fresh all day.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, and we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
