Guest Access:

The apartment offers step-free access throughout, with wide doorways and a well-lit pathway leading to the entrance. You'll have complete access to the entire unit, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay in Business Bay.



Other Things to Note:

✔️ There is a Safe in each bedroom closet, first aid kit and smoke detectors.



✔️ A baby crib is available upon request. Please notify us 48 hours before your check-in date. One crib can be provided at no additional charge. For more than one crib, there is an extra cost of 100 AED per day.



✔️ Dubai is currently experiencing numerous construction projects, so occasional noise may occur around the property. Additionally, nearby units may undertake renovation work without prior notice.



✔️ Pause Fitness and Spa and Kids Studio Club are not part of your paid accommodation



✔️ You can request to cancel your reservation 14 days before your trip. However, you will be responsible for any charges as per the cancellation policy shown on the listing and in your reservation.



✔️ Early check-in may be available at 35% of the nightly rate for any hour before 3 pm. If you are interested, please message us via the booking platform after 9 am on the day of your check-in, specifying the desired time (10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm). We will confirm availability and send a request for payment via the booking platform or credit card. Once payment is received, the door code for entry at your requested time will be provided.



✔️ Late check-out between 12:01 PM – 12:30 PM will incur a 20% charge of the reservation cost. Check-out after 12:30 PM will result in a full charge of the next night’s rate until the unit is vacated. If a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged. Please note: failure to vacate may result in authorities being notified to assist with removal.



✔️ You are responsible for any damage or missing items, including the cost of the item, shipping, handling and any arrangements needed to resolve the situation.



✔️ There is no daily housekeeping service. The home is cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. The cleaning fee covers standard wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required, an additional fee will be charged.



✔️ Access details and instructions will be shared once all guest IDs are updated. This is required by building regulations and DTCM (Dubai Authorities).



✔️ Keep the keys safe. Lost keys will incur a charge of 787.5 AED per access card.



✔️ If you are unhappy with the property or your stay, notify us immediately to allow us to remedy the situation. Refunds will not be given without the opportunity to fix the problem. Guests who leave early without an approved alteration will not receive a refund.

✔️ The building management takes care of the exterior windows, while we ensure the inside of the unit is always freshly cleaned and well-maintained before each stay.
