This luxurious apartment has one spacious and bright bedroom outfitted with a comfortable king-sized bed with comfortable linens and a large window that let in plenty of natural light.
The bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and has a desk where you can get some work done in the privacy of your bedroom. Thick curtains make it easy to block out the light when you want to sleep in.
It has its own ensuite bathroom with a tub with shower. The bathroom is stocked with hotel-quality towels and essentials for your first days.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully equipped kitchen features stunning marble countertops, a sleek design, and all the necessary appliances to feel at home during your stay. Morning coffee is also a breeze thanks to the Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious living room is completed with a dining table (seating for four), a cozy couch, and a 55” UltraHD Smart TV.

Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.
Guest Access:
The condo is fully equipped with modern facilities including air conditioning, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and new furnishings. Guests will have full access to the entire condo and all the building amenities, including the pool.
Please note that the building is not equipped with a dedicated property gym.
Guests will have one free private parking space for the duration of their stay.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check-in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
