Overall, this is not a good hotel and, in my opinion, it does not deserve a 4-star rating. It is closer to 2 stars.
• Room & Comfort:
The bed linen is rough and clearly worn out, likely due to long-term use. The pillows were dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category.
• Service:
The staff is friendly, but very slow when it comes to even simple tasks or requests. In addition, the room key needs to be reactivated every day, which is unnecessary and inconvenient.
• Location:
Close to the airport, which can be convenient. However, it takes around 45 minutes to reach all major hotspots, making the location impractical for most stays.
• Breakfast:
The breakfast is very poor. Although breakfast is officially served until 10:30, by 10:15 almost everything is already cleared away. The quality and selection are far below 4-star standards.
• Gym & Pool:
The gym is basically unusable and not worth mentioning. The pool area is mostly in the shade and not inviting at all.
Conclusion:
For the price and the advertised category, this hotel is not recommended. It clearly falls short of 4-star expectations and should be rated closer to 2 stars.
