This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 7 guests total, strictly limited to 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 14.

➤Quiet Hours: 10PM - 7AM

✹ No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the unit. A fine of 2,500 د. إ will be imposed for violations.

✹ No Unregistered Guests: Our maximum occupancy can not be exceeded at any time during a guest stay. Only registered guests may be on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of 2,000 د. إ per person.

✹ No Parties or Events: Hosting large gatherings or events is prohibited. If a party is held, a penalty of 5,000 د. إ will apply.

✹ Turn Off lights and Appliances When Out: Please ensure that the lights, air conditioning, TV, and other appliances are turned off when you leave the property.

✹ Respect Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Let us know in advance if you need any flexibility. Also, 250 د. إ/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am and check in at 4pm as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

✹ Excessive Mess: If the property is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning, a fee of 1,000 د. إ will be charged.

✹ Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden. Violators will face a penalty of 1,500 د. إ.

✹ Lost/Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for replacing any items that are lost or damaged during their stay.

✹ Pets: Pets are not allowed in this unit. Evidence of pets will result in a 1,000 د. إ fine charged to guests.
