Upon entering this chic one bedroom apartment, a sense of home will immediately embrace you. Adorned in soft neutral tones with vibrant accents, this tastefully furnished apartment offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delightful home-cooked meals, to be enjoyed at the dining table comfortably seating four. The welcoming living area boasts a plush sofa and a smart TV, providing an ideal spot to unwind with your loved ones while enjoying a movie and taking in the view. Additionally, the sofa easily transforms into a bed for added convenience. The bedroom is a haven with its generously sized bed adorned with Key Views' signature linen, known for its irresistibly cosy and soft feel that may make waking up a delightful challenge. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and Key Views' plush, hotel-grade amenities, ensuring you not only smell great but also feel refreshed throughout the day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
