    Welcome to a stylish studio apartment on the 20th floor, offering spectacular west-facing views of Dubai Marina. The bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep, and boasts stunning views. Step out onto the private balcony to experience the vibrant skyline, especially magical during sunrise and sunset. The luxurious bathroom features a deep soaking tub and a premium shower, both with marina views for ultimate relaxation. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking, alongside a washer for added convenience. This studio offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and a safe, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a coffee maker, and access to a rooftop pool, gym, and spa.



    Check-In and Booking Policy

    To ensure a safe and secure stay for all of our guests, we have a strict no third-party bookings allowed policy. This means the person who made the reservation must be a guest during the entire stay. You can not use your account to reserve for other persons. We will also ask all guests to complete a quick ID check through our secure onboarding app, which helps us ensure a smooth and safe check-in for everyone.



    A Friendly Reminder

    Our apartment is designed to feel like a home away from home. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, please remember that we are a short-term rental, not a hotel. This means some services, like daily housekeeping, are not included as part of your stay. Prior to your arrival, we provide a professionally cleaned apartment with all the essentials you'll need to get started, so you can settle in and enjoy your time. If you wish during your stay to have the apartment cleaned or fresh towels and linens provided, you can make this request and will provide you with a quote.



    Parking:

    Free Parking is available for this apartment and located within the building. You will have a private parking spot and will be provided with the access cards to enter and exit the underground parking.



    Guest Access:

    The apartment has a private entrance, located within the building. Ahead of your arrival and to ensure everything goes smoothly, we will send you detailed instructions for where to go for check-in, the apartment and floor number, and the code to the lock box to retrieve the apartment access cards. After check-in at the Residences lobby on level G, the concierge will show you to your apartment and help with your luggage. In the lock box you will find smart cards to swipe and use for access the building elevator and the apartment . We'll send you all of the specific check-in instructions before your arrival and we will be available to you for all messages to make sure you have a quick check-in.



    Your Private Space:

    The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, and you'll also have access to a washer and dryer for your convenience.



    Shared Amenities:

    During your stay, feel free to make use of the fantastic shared amenities in the building, including the swimming pool and gym.



    Parking:

    Free Parking is available for this apartment and located within the building. You will have a private parking spot and will be provided with the access cards to enter and exit the underground parking.

    Our apartment's in a fantastic spot in Dubai! We're super close to JBR Beach, Bluewaters Island, and the amazing Palm Jumeirah. Getting around is a piece of cake, with easy access to the Emirates Golf Club and the lively Jumeirah Lakes Towers. You can easily check out awesome places like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, they're super close. The DMCC Metro station is nearby, and you can get to Dubai International Airport in just 25 minutes. Plus, there's free parking and Sheikh Zayed Road is close, so exploring Dubai is a breeze. Come on over and enjoy all the best attractions, food, and shopping for a wonderful and convenient stay!

    For smooth transportation, we recommend downloading these popular ride-sharing apps prior to your trip:



    Careem: A ride-hailing app (like Uber) that also offers services like food delivery, bike rentals, and more.

    Other Things to Note:

    No Pets, Smoking or Vaping

    The apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space. Our apartment is also not available to guests traveling with pets.



    Fee for Not Returning Apartment Access Cards

    We also ask that you please return all access cards in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 550 per card if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building security.



    Fee for Not Returning Parking Access Cards

    If you are using our free underground parking space, there are two parking cards we need to have returned: One card is for vehicle entrance to the underground parking. A second card is for entrance into the building from the underground. A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged replacement fees by the building security.



    3rd Party Booking Is Not Allowed

    Guest are not allowed to use their profile to book on behalf of a third-party: To maintain a secure environment, the primary guest on the reservation must be staying in the apartment. All guests will be required to complete ID verification via our onboarding app, as we cannot accommodate bookings made by third parties.
