Inside, you’ll find a modern living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a sofa bed in the living area, making the apartment ideal for up to four guests.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a satellite TV and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Downtown Dubai. The Dubai Mall is approximately a 12–15-minute walk away, putting some of Dubai’s most popular attractions right on your doorstep.



You’ll enjoy hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with starter toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided to help you settle in. For added convenience, Spinneys Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
