By booking with us, you agree to the following:

● 🚗 Parking: You have one designated parking spot available during your stay.

● 📦 Mail and Deliveries: No mailbox access is provided. You may have packages delivered to the concierge desk, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

● 🕒 Check-In/Out: Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs will incur a fee of AED 50 per hour, as we must allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

● 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 Occupancy: Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and a AED 500 penalty.

● 🔇 Parties and Noise: Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. A violation of this rule will result in a AED 500 fine and possible removal from the property.

● 🚭 Smoking and Drug Use: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and marijuana) and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited. A AED 500 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

● 🐾 Pets: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee of AED 250.

● ❌ Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A deep-cleaning fee of 1.5x the standard cleaning rate will apply to stays longer than 21 days.

● ⚕️ Safety: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Use of the pool, gym, and other amenities is at your own risk.

● 👜 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please double-check before checking out to ensure no valuables are left behind.
