In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

The accommodation features 2 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, a living zone, a full kitchen, a balcony, and access to exclusive and unique amenities in the building.
The fully AC apartment has a modern & elegant design and stylish decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere, has large windows to let in a lot of natural light, and offers all the supreme comforts for your carefree stay. A home away from home.

There are two bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, dedicated workspace and ensuite bathroom and the other with a queen bed, both lined with pristine linens, plush pillows, hotel quality sheets for an absolute relaxation.
Our spacious and well-lit living room is equipped with a comfortable plush sofa as well as a flat-screen TV with Netflix for everyone to kick back and relax and enjoy time together. There is also a dining area for 6 right next to the balcony. If you feel like sitting outside, our patio comes with a furnished sitting area for you to admire the views of Dubai.

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the modern appliances for you to prepare hearty meals (Coffee & tea facilities, fridge, microwave, stove, and more!)

Towels, complimentary toiletries, other amenities like the washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided for our guests which is great for short- and long-term stays.

Our apartment is located in the safe & trendy and prime area – Business Bay (the business hub of Dubai) next to Dubai Downtown, 15 minutes away from the famous Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest building and close to all the other main attractions and facilities.

You have everything in one place! Supermarkets, banks, numerous shopping malls & restaurants, beaches, variety of activities, everything is minutes away. Visit Dubai downtown that features some of the main attractions of the city. In the evening stroll along the beautiful path - Dubai Water Canal, or visit the cultural hub of the region, The Opera District, home to the iconic Dubai Opera, a multi-format venue for operas, plays, concerts, and events.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival to register you as a guest at Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
