The Space



The contemporary lounge area adorned in a. natural, earthy palette features a comfy sofa, a voguish lounge chair, a coffee table, and a smart Television for your relaxing movie nights. The dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 4 persons and the modern American-style kitchen features 2 high-chairs for quiet morning breakfasts at home and is fully equipped with essential appliances to include a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle for a seamless stay.



Master Bedroom

The elegant-styled master bedroom features a king size bed with two bedside tables and premium bedding for a sleep-filled night. The bedroom overlooks city views. You’ll have access to a built-in wardrobe.

An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower unit with rainfall facilities, a toilet and double basins. The bathroom is fully loaded with towels and premium amenities for your stay.

Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.
