The space of this luxury apartment of 1,987sqf along with two dedicated parking spots offers added convenience & privacy for the most comfortable stay.



    This bright and characterful home blends traditional charm with eclectic design, every room expresses its own story through curated décor, warm tones, and thoughtful details that make the space feel instantly welcoming.



    Surrounded by lush parkland, the apartment combines comfort and space in a peaceful yet well-connected location. Just a short drive from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and Business Bay, and moments from the Meydan Hotel, Meydan Racecourse, and the upcoming Meydan One development, it offers the perfect balance between serenity and city access. With a generous layout, a rare double-lounge concept, and premium positioning, the apartment is ideal for families, long-stay guests, and business travellers seeking an elevated residential experience.





    The Space

    As you enter, you’re welcomed into a large, light-filled living area that flows across two inviting lounge spaces: a main living zone with a plush sofa and Smart TV, and a secondary lounge corner ideal for reading, conversation, or quiet downtime.



    The dining area comfortably seats six, while the separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and tableware, making cooking and entertaining effortless. The furnished balcony overlooks the community’s tranquil park and gardens, offering a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

    Each room in the apartment features its own design identity, combining modern comfort with traditional accents to create a warm and characterful home.



    Master Bedroom:

    The master bedroom is a serene and elegant sanctuary that balances sophistication with comfort.     Second Bedroom:

    Other Things to Note

    Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



    Please note that a monthly security deposit of AED 5000 is required for monthly stay



    Please note Bedroom 3 is furnished with a bunk bed suitable for children only. If the maid’s room is included (subject to an additional supplement), the apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults in total.
