Parties & Gatherings: Large parties or gatherings are not permitted. Small get-togethers are allowed, but please be considerate of noise levels and the property.

2. Pets Policy

No pets are allowed on the property (even the really cute ones, sorryyy).

3. Smoking Policy

This property is non-smoking. Please note that the fine for smoking on the property is 1000 AED.

4. Damages

Respect the Property: Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

5. Occupancy Limits

Maximum Guests: As indicated in your booking, the property has a strict occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

Keep Doors Locked: For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. And ensure that valuables are secured.
