The space
This modern apartment features an open kitchen with branded appliances,
including a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, and more. The living room is
upgraded with elegant paneling, ambient lighting, stylish furniture, a
wall-mounted TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning
views. It also includes a dining area and a sofa bed, allowing the
apartment to comfortably host up to 3 adults and 2 children.
Step out onto the private balcony, where you’ll find a swing and
outdoor seating. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy sweeping views of the
Palm Jumeirah and the beach.
The bedroom includes a king-size bed, soft LED lighting, wall mirrors,
a dressing unit, and built-in wardrobes. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill
the room with natural light and offer calming views of the sea. The
bathroom is fitted with sleek fixtures and a glass-enclosed shower.
There’s also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and basic
cleaning tools.
Guests have full access to a private beachfront reserved for residents
and their guests. In addition, you can enjoy the infinity-edge
temperature-controlled swimming pool, fully equipped gym, landscaped

can be reached in under 20 minutes. Dubai International Airport is
approximately a 30-minute drive.

at an additional cost.
Linen and towels, as well as a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities, are provided.
A baby cot with linen can be arranged in advance for an extra charge.
Same-day check-ins are accepted. For bookings made after 2 PM, please
allow up to 60 minutes for final preparation.
There may be occasional noise from nearby construction. We do our best
to minimise disruption.
