This spacious four-bedroom two story villa is perfect for groups of friends or families looking to explore Dubai while enjoying privacy and comfort. Accommodating up to nine guests, the villa offers high end furnishings, luxurious finishes and high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout. Enjoy your Dubai getaway with all the comforts of home!

The open-plan living and dining area is ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city, whether you're preparing a meal together or simply spending quality time.

Featuring an elegant oval-shaped dining table with comfortable chairs, seating up to eight people—perfect for shared meals and lively conversations. Adjacent to the dining area, you'll find a cozy living room furnished with a plush L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, and a coffee table, creating a relaxed space for entertainment and relaxation.

From the living room, you can step out into the private garden, an ideal retreat for unwinding and enjoying some peaceful downtime. This seamless indoor-outdoor flow enhances your stay, offering both comfort and tranquility in your Dubai getaway.

Kitchen:
The semi-closed kitchen features modern amenities, including a dishwasher for convenience and a coffee machine for coffee enthusiasts.

Guest Bathroom:
There's a guest bathroom equipped with essential toiletries for your comfort.

Bedroom One and Maids Room:
Downstairs, the villa features two bedrooms designed for comfort and convenience.

The maid's room, furnished with a single bed has its own en-suite bathroom with essential amenities. Both rooms provide a cozy and functional space for your stay.

Mater Bedroom:
The master bedroom features a double-sized bed for up to two guests. It includes a spacious walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with all essential toiletries. This room also boasts a fully furnished balcony, offering a pleasant street view for a relaxing retreat.

Bedroom Two:
The second bedroom features a double-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is equipped with essential toiletries.

Bedroom Three:
The third bedroom also has a double-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. It boasts its own fully furnished private balcony and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, which includes all necessary bathroom essentials.

About the Community:
Guests can unwind and relax at the community pool and gym, which is available free of charge and just 10 to 15 minutes away from the Villa.

Please note that the area is somewhat isolated, so reaching nearby attractions will require a taxi or car. For added convenience, you can use apps like Deliveroo, Talabat, or Instashop to easily order food and groceries directly to the villa.

While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment. It's recommended to plan accordingly.
