I stay in this hotel very frequently, however during my last stay i encountered an experience that no loyal customer should face. When i was checking in, the reception was checking room for ma and he asked the other employee if he can offer upgrade, and other person said "No Needed, it was annoying to hear that. Not to mention i always got curtesy upgrades almost every time i stayed i never asked. The attitude was very wrong... It's not about upgrades it about keeping a loyal customer happy.
