Welcome to your contemporary duplex hideaway — a chic and thoughtfully furnished one-bedroom apartment offering comfort, style, and practicality across two well-designed levels.

The main floor invites you into an open-plan living space, featuring a sleek L-shaped sofa bed and a cosy armchair — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Two round coffee tables sit atop a soft carpet, while the 55-inch Smart HD TV is set against elegant wood panelling and marble detailing, adding a refined touch to the room. Floor-to-ceiling sheer and blackout curtains are fully remote-controlled, allowing you to create your desired atmosphere with ease.

Next to the lounge, a stylish dining area comfortably seats three beneath a modern pendant light — ideal for relaxed meals or morning coffees.
