These 25 elegantly appointed villas, located within the home resort, epitomizes the commitment to refined luxury and unparalleled attention.

The four-bedroom Royal Villas offer sky-high paradises and superb views while functioning as private two and three-story estates. Beautiful marble flooring and elegant furnishing adorn the villas and space is further enhanced with large, royal windows that overlook the landscaped polo fields. All villas have a private pool. Our customer service office provides our members with seamless service, as well as transportation to and from the Dubai airport, Dubai Emirates Mall, and Andreea’s Beach.

Dependent on membership level, members can enjoy the use of a golf cart for easy access around the Home Resort, they can enjoy premium top-shelf drinks, concierge service and a Gourmet (BBQ) Grill when they stay with us. We are introducing special VIP designated areas for members only and events on a weekly basis for your pleasure.
