    This fully furnished townhouse is spread across three levels:

    The townhouse is located in Just Cavalli Villas, within DAMAC Hills 2, a peaceful, master-planned residential community designed around outdoor living and family-friendly amenities.

    The neighbourhood is known for its quiet atmosphere, landscaped streets, and access to shared lifestyle facilities such as swimming pools, sports areas, jogging and cycling tracks, children’s play areas, and community retail outlets. It offers a relaxed environment away from the city’s high-rise districts, making it ideal for families, groups, and longer stays.

    DAMAC Hills 2 is a self-contained community where daily essentials, leisure facilities, and open spaces are all within short driving distance.

    A car is recommended, as DAMAC Hills 2 is a low-density villa community located away from public transport hubs.

    Approx. 25–30 minutes to Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, and Mall of the Emirates
    Approx. 20 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC)
    Ride-hailing services such as Uber and Careem are readily available

    • Please note: Construction or renovation may take place either within the building or nearby, which can sometimes cause noise. These works are managed externally and are entirely outside of our control.
    •This is a registered vacation rental managed by Livbnb - expect a clean, comfy stay, local tips whenever you need them, and support every step of the way.
    - All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:

    2- 7 nights - 1500 AED
    7 - 28 - 2000 AED
    Over 28 nights - 2500 AED

    The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.

    - For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

    - We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.

    - Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.

    - Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

    - If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.

    - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.

    - A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.

    - Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
