In a quiet area close to all general partners.

Only 5min drive from the lake and the center of Aix, and 20min drive from Annecy or Revard (mountain biking/skiing)

The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of which has a shower room, a large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, a large office, heated outdoor swimming pool and a SPA. Large garden and enclosed courtyard to park your vehicles.

House in the countryside but close to everything.

This house is our main residence, we hope you will feel good there. The house is strictly non-smoking.

It will be pleasant in summer and winter, both to go skiing and snowshoeing at the Revard or to enjoy the lake and the heated swimming pool.PGJyPg
We are the proud owners of a pretty kitty called Cannelle.
As a full member of the family, we cannot bring ourselves to put her in boarding during our absences.
Therefore, we would be grateful if you could feed her and let her out during your stay. And if you want to cuddle him then it will be even better 😻

Traveler access:

You will have access to our entire house.
Only the office room will be closed to store our personal belongings. If you want to have access to it, it may be possible but at an additional cost. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss it.

You will also have access to the garage where you will have at your disposal: washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer, croque monsieur appliance/waffles, pierrade, fondue and raclette set.

In the kitchen, you will have at your disposal a bean coffee machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher, sodastream.

The heated swimming pool is accessible from mid-May to the end of August.
The SPA is available as an option (200€ per week).

We can also provide you with sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels as an option (20€ per bed or 60€ for a group of 6).

During your stay, we can be easily reached by phone or message.
If this is not possible, a trusted person will take over.
