If you are looking for a gorgeous cabin in the woods, then Saddlehorn Cabin is the one for you! Surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views of the Teton mountain range, you can enjoy fishing, hiking, skiing, and beautiful views right outside your door! Saddlehorn is located one hour from Grand Teton National Park and about two hours from Yellowstone. Whether you are looking for adventure or just to relax in beautiful surroundings, Saddlehorn is perfect for your next getaway!

Saddlehorn has a traditional cabin feel and is tastefully furnished and decorated. The spacious windows provide amazing views of mountains and greenery. Enjoy free wi-fi, cable television, comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with everything you will need to whip up a tasty meal. The cabin is peaceful and secluded.

Check-in was extremely easy, communication was excellent. Loved the house, very clean and cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of toiletries available. Also provided laundry soap and dryer sheets with the washer and dryer. Driggs is a very cute town, with lots of shopping and restaurants. The negative would be the overgrown landscaping in the front yard, which did not allow you to see the Tetons from the living room or the carport. We had to move the furniture out to the driveway to have our morning coffee. Also, the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, very old. The only other thing I would recommend is the windows need to be washed, not easy to see out of.

Almost Perfect

The house is located in the Teton valley. There are a multiple of houses within view and more being built. It’s not in a secluded location which is not a negative just providing a visual of the area. The home sits on a large parcel of land which is fenced in. The house is clean, spacious and laid out well. If I could have changed one thing it would be the master bedroom bed. It’s a full sized, which small compared to a king size which is what we are used to, but this may just be a personal preference. Overall great home and host.

Nice location but no air conditioning

Traveling in the summer to this location, where temps hit 90+, I expected they would have air conditioning. There was no air and it got hot during the day. I had to buy fans to have some relief and open all windows at night. The showerhead needs to be replaced. Everything else seemed fine at the house.

Beautiful Teton Views

We were so thrilled to stay in this beautiful, quaint town. This home is so cozy with a gorgeous view of the Tetons. We loved the small town of Driggs that had everything we needed. The kitchen in the house was fully equipped, the home was clean and cozy, and the views were stunning. Would highly recommend.

other side of the tetons

really enjoyed Driggs and Victor Idaho, away from the craziness that is Jackson Wyoming these days. Overall, cabin was good, very comfortable. However, the bathroom, while a large footprint, has an awkward layout. the small round bowl toilet is behind the door, there is a tub, and a seperate tiny shower, long counter top, only one sink, and the lighting is awful in there. all the windows were left unlocked, and the sliding glass door would not lock for first 3 nights we were there. house manager took a couple of days to get back to me on that. it got fixed for the last night we were there. i only rated it 3 stars on listing accuracy because you only get that view of the tetons if you go outside and walk to the edge of the property. there is a large landscaped island with trees right in front of the house that obscures the view from the living room... no teton view from inside the ihouse. i would recommend.some tree trimming is in order. But all in all, cabin was good.

Location was gorgeous. Amenities were nice. It’s a long drive to get into the National park, back and forth over a mountain with a ton of construction. No air conditioning made for some hot sweaty nights. View was beautiful.

It would be great if......

The biggest problem was the windows. They advertised great views, but you had to be outside to enjoy them. The windows were so dirty and smeary that you couldn't see out of them. The upper windows were full of cobwebs. The light over the bathroom vanity flashed like a strobe light. We literally couldn't leave it on. It would not have been a huge problem as there was a window that would have let in tons of light, had the blind worked. These are such simple fixes. Overall, the rest of the place was great. Nice linens, the kitchen was amply stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and generally everything else was clean.

Stunning Views/Quick Response Time

Beautiful views of the Tetons. The property manager was quick to respond to a minor electrical issue. It was fixed in no time. The beds are not super comfortable, but decent. There was only one trash liner and one roll of paper towels allotted for the entire stay, so be sure to buy/bring extras.

Misrepresentation of Saddlehorn Cabin

First of all I contacted the emergency contact name and email, Leah Haapala, on Friday at 7:22pm after dealing with these issues on my first night. Although, this was not an emergency, I did expect to receive a response from someone that day, or on Saturday, However, I heard nothing from anyone. As of Saturday, I called the #888 number associated to the property rental company and left a message regarding these same issues I checked in late on Thursday night, as my flight did not get in until after 9pm and we did not arrive here until after 11pm. Upon accessing the home, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The outside had a well maintained lawn and very kept up but there was bird poop on all chairs, tables and the swing outside, which I would have expected to have been cleaned off prior to check in so that renters could enjoy the outside seating. When my mother and I walked into the home, there were moths everywhere. It appeared almost as if the property was cleaned months ago and had not had renters in it for quite a while, as it had been closed up for some time, hence the moths and the cabin. We spent a good portion of the remaining hours of the night and early morning, swatting moths to kill them from flying around and dive bombing us while sleeping.; a lot, not a few. In addition to the moths, there were spider webs/cob webs in almost every corner of the house, dead moths in the door tracks, and even crumbs left under the kitchen table. I am thoroughly disappointed in the price I paid and the lack of cleanliness of the home. There were even dead bugs/moths in the chandelier hanging in the main living area. Don't get me wrong, this home is in a very nice and quite neighborhood and in a prime location, is well furnished, and has all of the additional amenities that one could take advantage of. However, I am saying that the cleanliness of the property leaves much to be talked about. As Saturday progressed forward, and we did not hear from anyone, we got home again late at night, and the same thing happened again. There are holes in the screens, which causes the bugs to continuously fly in. We spent hours, yes hours, trying to kill them all while trying to relax and get some sleep, since we did not sleep the night before. Saturday, Sunday and Monday night turned into the same...very few hours of sleep, while fighting off the moths flying in. In addition, the listing does not mention no AC. Unacceptable

The property is amazing!! It is secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful night relaxing but close enough to make a quick run into town!!! It had everything we needed if we wanted to grill or we could grab a pizza. I wish we would have brought a bike to ride or fishing poles to do when we had downtime. I have told my family how beautiful it was !!!!!1

Perfect!

Saddlehorn Cabin is perfectly located to visit so many of the beautiful areas in and around Idaho and WY. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with all the amenities. Waking up to a view of the beautiful Teton's is a treasure and we would most definitely return to Saddlehorn the next time we visit the area!

Beautiful views of Grand Tetons

This property did not disappoint, beautiful views, modern log cabin feel, 40 minutes from Jackson Hole, close to Yellow Stone and Grand Tetons. It had a cozy feel, beds slept well, wonderful great room for our family to sit together talking about our hikes. Minutes from downtown Driggs with nice dining options. We ate at the Warbird Restaurant located at the Driggs airport for our last night, amazing food and pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very friendly.

The property was beautiful and the view was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable. Very easy access to the surrounding towns and especially to Jackson, WY.
