Adventure awaits at this spacious, two-story home in the heart of the Tetons. With a fresh mountain modern vibe, it's the perfect launchpad for your daily escapades. Whether you're craving world-class skiing, exploring various hiking trails, or indulging in other outdoor activities, this home's strategic location ensures you're always at the center of the action. Construction projects do occur in the neighborhood and in sight of the home, including in adjacent lots. These projects are beyond our control, but they do not block any views of the mountains.

Guests have access to the grill, washer, dryer, hot tub, and all other home amenities.

Upon entering, you are greeted by high ceilings that set the stage for relaxation and excitement. Kick off your shoes, hang your coats and hats in the mudroom, and step into your base camp for all things thrilling. Our fully-stocked kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a spacious island, perfect for gathering, planning, and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, waffle maker, rice and slow cooker, hot water kettle, spices, bakeware, cookware, wine rack, kid-friendly dishes, and utensils, making it a hub of culinary delight.

The dining table accommodates 10 guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome at the big table. A high chair is available for the little ones. After a day of adventure, unwind in the living room by the cozy fireplace, engage in board games, dive into your favorite book, or simply soak in the views.

The outdoor space offers a serene retreat, with options for al fresco dining, grilling with a view, relaxing in the private hot tub for 8, playing cornhole, or marveling at the Tetons from hammocks or around the fire pit.

For your friends or family, we offer four cozy bedrooms. Three on the main floor — the main bedroom with a dreamy king-size bed and an ensuite complete with a soaking tub and large shower, and two queen rooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom — as well as a fantastic bunk room upstairs. Our bunk room features two bunk beds with twin over full mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll find three modern bathrooms for your convenience.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with four smart TVs, while the loft beckons for a game of foosball or a cozy movie night. Step outside onto the spacious balcony through the sliding doors.

The garage accommodates two vehicles and offers shelves, hooks, bike & ski racks for all your gear.

The home is situated in a marvelous location. Grand Targhee Resort and Caribou-Targhee National Forest are minutes away. Nearby, you can find two incredible national parks, Yellowstone and Grand Teton, along with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Let this home be your base camp for exploration.

Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide!

• Please turn all exterior lights off by 10pm, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley
• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
• NO PETS ALLOWED
• The community quiet hours , which include language and music, are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• No fireworks of any type are allowed at any time
• The home is equipped with three exterior cameras for security purposes. In compliance with rental regulations, they do not record audio and only point outside.
