"This ws a one night stay for business. The property is undergoing renovation currently (sept 25), but my bedroom was extremely lovely. Very spacious, immaculate bathroom - I felt like I was the first person to stay on the room since it has been renovated!Very reasonable, comfortable, lovely bed. In such a great area too, lots of cute cafes, independent restaurants. Tring is so lovely too. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The flat was as described, clean and pretty spacious! Felt safe and secure. Parking was tight but super good to have considering the parking in Luton is terrible. Really no complaints. Made breakfast there daily. Upstairs neighbors very noisy. We could walk to all places needed and relatives home. Was perfect for our trip. Owner very quick to reply and be very helpful. Thanks. "

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
