"Great stay no complaints"

"The tv was hard to use and we got in so late it wasn't worth trying to call the front desk to have them run through all the diagnostics we already did. Just ended up watching TV on my phone."

"Very good if you are staying downtown and need something clean and convenient. The parking is a little weird (next to hotel and shares with Hospital but affordable given you are in a major city."

"The bar was awesome, we had great service and even better drinks!"

"Well I came here for my birthday. I was told I will receive a gift which did not happen. The outlets in the room were not working properly. I had to request for a fridge because there was not one in the room. The next day I found out the fridge was not even on. Which caused my leftover food to not be refrigerated. I did not receive an apology just that they will put in a work order . I only spend one night there .When I asked about this gift, I was told by the front desk that they did not have...

"We enjoyed our stay in our spacious suite! Well kept and all amenities provided were top notch! Conveniently located near the convention center, 8-10 minute walk. Located in a great area to sightsee and close to the highway. Breakfast was convenient and accessible. Overall we wish we could have stayed longer because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! Shout out to the valet gentlemen, they were so kind and gracious!"

The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this."

"The hotel was clean, modern, and freeway accessible. My family enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the free EV chargers. However, what stands out most in our minds were the warm and welcoming staff—across the board, the front desk was spot-on in terms of their welcoming hospitality. Everyone who staffed the front desk went above and beyond our expectations. They were all so kind, helpful, and much appreciated after a long drive cross-country. Thanks again to everyone who helped us at Residence...

"Great stay"

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay on the top floor and I definitely loved the washer and dryer. The dryer's steam refresh worked so good; it worked 10x better than my own dryer's steam refresh option. I refuse to iron, and it got the wrinkles out in less than 5 minutes! The staff was incredible and answered my questions in a very polite and quick manner. I hate calling people on the phone (don't most Millennials?) so the fact that I had the option to text and would get an almost...
