"We didn’t realize breakfast was included, but we enjoyed breakfast downstairs this morning and also visited two breakfast spots on Friday and Saturday. The room was very clean, and the body wash and lotion were so nice that I even looked them up to buy them. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations."

"This in is gorgeously decorated with early 1900 pieces and old world charm. They have an area that doubles as a wedding and event property so the outdoor sitting areas have that same early century feeling. The rooms have more character than the cut and pace, sterile environment, hotels, and motels out there. And the staff was very helpful and gracious."

"What a great stay! 1st time visiting Carolina. Wanted somewhere close to Bank of American Stadium as I was attending the Panther’s game. It was less than a 10 minute walk. Lots of great bars and shops and entertainment close by within walking distance. The staff was amazing. "I would like to lead with how amazing the staff was! Very accommodating and welcoming. My son left his jacket in the close out after check out. We were already at the airport when we noticed. We called the hotel and they helped us navigate the process of purchasing a shipping label to have it returned. They went above and beyond what was required. The facilities are awesome and the location is unmatched. I will only stay here when I return to Charlotte."
