"We had a five sibling reunion--the youngest was 78. We made extensive use of the Keurig single cup coffee maker and the four recliner chairs. The front door handle was broken, but it was promptly fixed while we went to dinner. The guest book with information regarding the area was missing so we used Google and recommendations from people we interacted with. All communication was through VRBO because we weren't given a direct phone number. The location is very beautiful and rural with Amish farms...

"So much to do in Brandywine Valley and this home was a perfect home base. The location was close to everything - historic sites, antique shops, wineries, great restaurants and Longwood Gardens. It’s advertised as “cozy” and we found it charming and comfortable. Loved the excellent communication, ease of entry and departure, and warm welcome from our hostess. It was a perfect weekend getaway."

"Our stay at the Historic Church was very special. Having a piano was so nice as our friend played and we sang together. Derrick responded quickly to our questions about some light switches. It was convenient to our sightseeing adventures in the Lancaster area. Beautiful setting with the horse farm next door and the Amish buggies going by. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Location was perfect for us to visit family. Hair dryer is described as a feature, but not available. Property manager contacted but no solution offered due to holiday weekend. Barely enough heated water for four adults to shower. Water doesn’t get extremely hot. Living room furniture uncomfortable."

The house is in great shape, the full size refrigerator was welcome so that we could freeze our cooler packs, and it was nice waking up to a breakfast we could make from scratch with farm eggs and a delicious pumpkin cranberry loaf.
