Beautiful week!
This cottage had everything we needed. We loved so much about it…the quiet location, the fire pit, the boat dock, the large deck with seating outside, the gas grill and the use of the kayaks, the large windows facing the lake to view the beautiful sunrises and the view of the lake! The sunrises shining directly into the large windows in the back bedroom did affect the temperature back there. We brought extra fans and it helped. The small shower was interesting, but in no way would it keep us from staying there again. The main living area was nicely renovated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and all were really nice as well.
The owners (Tara and Tim) of this cottage helped us out tremendously, as the original location we had rented appeared to not have been visited by anyone but animals and birds in several months. Maybe some squatters, but no way to tell. No reason to harp on that, Tara and Tim, rushed to get the unit ready for us right after some other folks had just checked out.
We would certainly look at staying here again, next year!
