House está a 40 pies de la orilla del lago con un muelle de 160 pies para atracar su bote en 550 acres de todos los deportes Magician Lake. Plenty of beds for our family of 8 to spread out for the few nights that my 5 kids would be there. Great neighbors. We ate all meals outside on picnic tables and kept drinks outside since it was lovely area and also to avoid a mess inside the house. Didnt love the sand area by beach only because it drags alot of sand inside and I found myself vacuuming and mopping each day. But small kids would love this area. Home could use some updates and painting but overall it is very cozy and functional. I would definitely be aware of check out times and making sure you remove linens and put clean linens back on beds. I really don't think the pictures online do it justice. The home is much nicer than the pics. We loved the screen in porch since it kept all of the bugs outside. And it allowed us to play some fun games and enough room to hold 10 people around the table comfortably. Also the beach in the water is a nice hard sand. Many areas on this lake are muddy in the water and hard to walk inside the water. This area of lake has excellent quality of sand and you can easily walk out to end of pier. Great spot on the lake.

We made lasting family memories at this property on Magician Lake. The house is beautiful with ample room, but also comfortable. The teens essentially had their own apartment upstairs with bathroom and kitchenette...Jeanne is a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Jeanne was absolutely delightful. Any questions or concerns she answered quickly. The house and property was magnificent. Everything worked like it was supposed to including the many fireplaces. The steam shower was great. Overall a wonderful time and would recommend to family and friends .

We LOVED our stay and have already booked again for next year. My only complaint is the egg smelling water. Showers and doing the dishes weren't very fun. Other than that we loved it!

This property is AMAZING and the owner is beyond AMAZING! Pictures do not do this house justice. It is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I chose this location because it was close to the venue my son was getting married at. This house was perfect for the rehearsal dinner and the bride wanted pics and to get ready for her big day with us versus the house she rented. House is located in a cute, quiet and safe neighborhood. This house is perfect for young children to older adults. You can block off areas to keep the little ones contained and everything you would need is on the main floor for older people. The walkout to the lake is a flat surface and the dock is sturdy and huge. Beds are comfy and the linens are perfect. Washer and dryer worked perfect! Kitchen is beautiful and has everything you might need or don't think of. The bathrooms were amazing and clean with plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water! Screened in porch was our favorite. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning with a fire and the beautiful lake view at night by the fire. There is nothing negative about this house! It is perfect.

I decided last minute to plan a trip. I wanted a lakefront property, no stairs with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and dog friendly. This property was everything I wanted. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. Definitely want to come back to this property.

We found this gem of a property as several family members needed a place to stay for a nearby wedding. The location is wonderful and, as one other reviewer stated, the pictures do not do the house justice. It is more spacious than we expected and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

I left after 2 days so can’t say how the rest of the trip went for the others. We issues with the locks and some of the screens were torn so it was quite buggy otherwise, location was great.

We cannot say enough about this property. This was our third year and we plan to go back every single year. Owner is so easy to communicate with and is very attentive. Property is clean and extremely spacious. Beach and water is fantastic! Perfect family getaway!!!!

We had great weather for our annual family reunion near Dowagiac, Michigan. The house is perfect with everything you need for family fun - plenty of beds, well equipped kitchen with a huge table for eating, rooms for privacy if needed, huge yard, small beach area, shallow water for the little ones to play, a dock with a lift for our small boat, plenty of shade and a beautiful view of the lake for sunsets. Dowagiac is close by for trips to the grocery store and a great history museum if you have a rainy day. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood for long walks too. The WiFi connection worked well also. The week went by too fast but we all left with warm memories. We will be back next year.

The pictures don’t do it justice! We rented this house for our large family vacation and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to stay and the kitchen/living room area was perfect for whole family gatherings. Plus the “apartment” as our big kids called it, over the garage was a great space to put all the big kids where they could hangout together. They had everything they needed up there, so it was a good escape for them. And the yard was amazing. It was right on the water, had plenty of tree coverage and the small sand area was fun for the kids. The water was shallow enough that the little kids could easily play in it but we’re still able to jump in at the end of the pier. Also the owner was great! She answered all our questions and responded to any problems we had right away. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time at this beautiful, large house. We stayed here for a winter getaway with family. Plenty of space to spread out with the eight of us (4 adults and 4 younger children). The bunk bed room was essentially an apartment with a couch, huge tv, kitchen area and bathroom with a shower. Really nice for having separate area with our larger group. Look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the outside!
