You'll love the calm and serenity of this large, typically Norman half-timbered house.
In winter, you'll be able to enjoy the large living room with its fireplace, and in summer, the large garden planted with trees and not overlooked.
Le Pré vert is ideally located for discovering the bustle of the Normandy coast.

On the ground floor you'll find an entrance hall, a large living room with a piano, a usable fireplace, a television, a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The first floor comprises :

- an office with work space and a convertible sofa bed that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed;
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- separate WC,
- a children's bedroom with two bunk beds,
- a double bedroom with a 160*200 bed
- a double bedroom with a 140*200 bed
- a double bedroom with two single beds 90*190
- a shower room

Beds will be made up on arrival, and bathroom linen is also provided.

Wifi is available throughout the house.

A deposit and a civil liability certificate are required for all reservations.
