Transport :
- The regular SIBRA Y51 bus routes, with a stop located close to the villa (Doussard - Bout Du Lac) make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 30 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour by car, and Lyon international airport is also 1 hour 45 minutes away by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, there are 3 parking spaces in front of the house.
- Boat shuttles run around Lake Annecy and are available just a few steps from the house.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
