  • El Lakehouse es una impresionante residencia con una terraza privada frente al mar y acceso al lago de Annecy. Se encuentra en el extremo sur del lago de Annecy, a 15 km de la famosa ciudad de Annecy, la Venecia de los Alpes franceses. Disfrutar de frente al río y al lago con una terraza con vistas al lago prístino, esta es una ubicación muy especial.
    Los espacios al aire libre consisten en una gran terraza con una gran zona de césped verde que conduce a la terraza y al ponton. Hay muchas tumbonas, 3 tablas de paddle disponibles para los huéspedes y 2 grandes áreas de comedor al aire libre con barbacoa y nevera al aire libre para relajarse y disfrutar de comidas al aire libre.

    La casa ofrece espacios de vida diáfana, amplios y luminosos, una gran mesa de comedor y una cocina moderna de estilo americano totalmente equipada para 16 personas.
    La sala de TV / sala de estar separada tiene una mesa de fútbol y es un excelente lugar para niños y adolescentes, y conduce a una terraza trasera con mesa de ping pong y muebles de exterior con sombra.

Fabulous

The location was perfect right on the lake. The children enjoyed the kayaks very much and we rented a boat to go to restaurants. A family boules tournament was great fun. The house was perfect downstairs with plenty of rooms and amenities. The bedrooms could do with some blackout blinds or shutters and the downstairs bedrooms had blinds that ended six inches from the bottom of the window meaning the people in those bedrooms woke up early.

We familial 4 jours

Vacances familiales : ballades, paddels tt le monde était ravi et a trouvé des activités a son goût malgré un temps très moyen Une seule difficulté : pas de rideaux occultants…avec de jeunes enfants les nuits étaient trop courtes !! Lever à 6h15 pr certains

Mother's Dream Come true!

Words will never be enough to describe this beautiful house and the experience one goes through staying in it - what a fabulous experience it has given me and my entire family for three whole weeks this summer. I celebrated my 75th birthday and had my entire family - three children and their spouses and 8 grandchldren - all 15 of us - staying in this fabulous house - it was a mother's dream come true!

Stunning location

A wonderful property for a large family holiday. No pool! but who cares when you have the whole of Lake Annecy at the end of the garden which is even better. Evening meals on the deck with the sun setting over the lake were fantastic. The house was well equipped and managed to combine luxury with a homely feel. One slight frustration was the air conditioning did not extend to the top floor, I am sure the owners will be addressing this. Great for cycling - a large secure garage to store bikes and some wonderful cycle paths and cols to explore. The local area offers lots to do. The photos on the website look great, but the reality is significantly better.

Stunning property and surroundings

We spent Christmas and New Year with a large group of family and friends at the Lakehouse. The property is perfect, the open plan layout is great for a larger group, and the separate TV room and additional smaller living room make it possible to get some quiet time if needed. The bathrooms are modern, and the girls all commented on the super soft bed linen! The Agents Claude and Michelle were extremely supportive right from the start, and ensured all questions were answered, the Christmas Turkey ordered, and even put up a Christmas tree for us. The nearby skiing resort La Clusaz is great, and suitable for beginners as well as experienced skiers'. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Cycling Vacation

Claude & Michelle, This beautiful home was the perfect location for our week stay in Annecy. The layout of the home and all it's amenities were perfect for our large group. Unfortunately, the cool weather prevented us from fully enjoying the lake but we spent the chilly evening watching a few sunsets! We also managed to take a three hour pontoon boat cruise around the lake, meeting our captain at the Ma Chez dock close by. Our cycling experience, starting with the bikes from BaseCamp, was spectacular! The rides into the Alps or circling the lake or taking the bike trail, right across the street offered something for everyone in our group. Thank you for your list of cycling shops for forgotten items and warmer gear. You guys were so thorough with all house and area info, things to do, and restaurants. We experienced many good ones but the best was the chef who was able to come at the last minute and prepare a delicious dinner for twelve. In Annecy we enjoyed the market and shopping...such a quaint city. We all agreed this area deserves another trip! Hiking, cycling, the lake, so many sporting activities... Thank you both for helping make this a memorable time! Hopefully, we will see you again soon! Best, Debbe Myers
