Very run down. Awful smell. The pool is closed for maintenance. There are exposed wires and such in the hallway. The only reason I can imagine this place having such a high rating is the lady at the front desk. She was extremely nice.

This is a lovely place to stay. Easy access and Target nearby if you need anything. Quiet, secure neighborhood. The owner responded right away and was very kind when she found out my niece had died. If you have trouble with stairs this might not be your place because all bedrooms are on second floor. ...
