I also found the room to be quite noisy - being able to hear showers running, toilets flushing etc from nearby rooms, early morning and during the night. The shower pressure was powerful and the room was warm. I didn't use the body/hair gel as I normally bring my own. HQ Bar is a very lovely reasonable priced stay "

"Our room did not get the bed made, the towels refreshed. And the soap dispenser above the bath was empty, it didn’t even have a refill bag. The hotel is very dated and tatty. The reception is unwelcoming , too few seats, and few staff When I phoned reception , I should have been told the cleaners to make beds etc. only come in on the third day We stayed 2 nights.now renamed THE WORST WESTERN."

"The owners were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and I like that you had the same table each day with your room number on it. We left before breakfast and the owners brought to our room a bag with goodies in for breakfast to take with us. The room was small but the only issue we had was the bed seemed very small for a double. Otherwise everything was fine. We always found a parking space near hotel."

"We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park.
