Gîte Divin - Belle maison champêtre

Treat yourself to beautiful moments in this cottage with undeniable cachet, ideally located near Saumur, Angers and Tours.

Stones, parquet floor, exposed beams and other old floor tiles or beautiful period furniture offer you a rustic and cocooning atmosphere, for vacations with family or friends.
You will have two large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a large terrace of 70 m² to fully enjoy the outside.
Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, you just have to put your bags down!

This superb house of 170m² can accommodate up to 8 people, it extends as follows:

First floor :
- Two comfortable living rooms await you for your relaxing evenings: one with a fireplace where you can enjoy the fire in winter (wood provided to start the stay) and another with a desk and sofa (convertible, possibility of sleeping for 2 people), armchairs and TV.
- A country style family kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker ...
- Two steps up and you reach a 1st double bedroom with dressing room (bed 160); another bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet is available on the upper level (stairs).

Floor:
From one of the living rooms, take the stairs and discover the night space:
- 1 bedroom for 3 persons with double bed 160 and single bed, bathroom with shower, basin and WC
- 1 room for 2 persons with double bed 160

Outside
- A large terrace of about 70 m² : a table and chairs as well as deckchairs are at your disposal and will allow you to spend good moments and meals outside.
- A large yard at the back of the house.
- You will also have access to two large courtyards at the back of the house where you will be able to enjoy a ping-pong table, as well as play petanque and badminton.

The gîte is adjacent to two other gîtes (gîte Racines for 4 people and gîte Lunaben for 15 people) that you can rent at the same time to increase the sleeping capacity of your holiday home.
Please note: the swimming pool present on the site is only accessible for travelers staying at the Lunaben Gite.

The lodging is located in a village of about ten houses, very peaceful at only 5 min by car from Doué-la-Fontaine, where you will find all the necessary conveniences: bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, stores, restaurants, bars, market...
