"Desert Rose was terrific from start to finish. The cozy house sits atop a beautifully turquois piece of the Atlantic ocean. Perfect for what we wanted...to simply relax and be in the surroundings of a largely untrafficed island. Given the central location of the property on Eluthera we traveled the island from top to bottom and enjoyed all of our adventuring and dining. Dont hesitate to book this sweet spot for a romantic, private getaway! Wed love to return. Thank you!"

"I had a nice stay, the unit is immaculately kept. The only issue was what appeared to be a rationing of items, for example the bathroom only had a single roll of toilet tissue, that was already in use. This was my first ever experience of this. There was also no extra towels or sheets in place. So just a few minor adjustments need be made, considering the property is advertised on hotels.com."

"My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at chez Cay. The hosts were the Best! Erika and Scott! They answered us each and every time we needed anything. They gave us suggestions on where to see music and get good food! Scott showed us how to gut Konch shells! In was such a cool experience. "Wow what an amazing stay. Cant say enough good things about the place and the owners. Steve and her daughter Lisa were friendly prompt to answer questions and incredibly helpful. The studio is plenty big enough for 2, bright, clean, airy and modern. The private beach about 3 mile long was one of the most spectacular I've seen in my 45+ countries. "House matched description perfectly, property manager very responsive and provided a lot of helpful information about the house and sightseeing on the island. Caretaker and maintenance folks were very responsive to a minor issue with water temperature and fixed it immediately. Whole-house generator on Eleuthera is a must, we experienced a couple blackouts while on the island (one while at home but others while out and about). No disruption to power, water, or internet!"

"Located in very noisy neighborhood, roosters at daybreak, local hangout across the street, so screeching tires, loud music etc. The apartment is spacious and bright so the noise nuisance is a shame. IKEA mattress, bed pillows etc are pretty beat up and need replacing as well as the noisy vibrating AC in the master. Dom and Joy did their best to accommodate and though we wouldn’t settle in this one again they do have other nice properties."
