Very disappointing experience. I had already paid for my stay, but upon check-out, the hotel charged me again. I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. I reported it immediately, but to this day, the issue has not been resolved and I haven’t received a refund. Extremely unprofessional.
