"Me dieron un cuarto de fumador que olía mucho a cigarro. Yo reservé de NO FUMAR"

"The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. "El hotel era bastante comodo, el restaurant tenia comida bastante rica y abundante. El personal de recepcion fue increibles, muy amables diempre y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo aunqur a ceces por el idioma era algo dificil. Lo unico a mejorar es la ropa de cama, ya que la cama es tamaño king o mas y la ropa de cama es tamaño dos plazas por lo que es bastanre incomodo dormir dos personas e intentar taparse bien. "

"Todo perfecto però no hubo upgrade "

"Why is this in Spanish? English is my selected language and I keep getting surveys in languages other than English, is your website/app not functioning properly?"

Very basic, stair are very steep with no banister, toilet and ahower were clean hiwever, when you sat on the toilet seat your knees touched the soor when it was closed. Reception was pretty non existent had to ring a bell for service and when we checked out the so called receptionist didnt even come to see us. In a nut shell, it was fine hiwever, there are much better hotels...

"Great and comfy hotel in the heart of Kadikoy. Friendly staff, very clean, big room. I really cannot say anything negative about the place"

"everything was just fine"

"Muy buena ubicación y muy cómodo. El personal muy amable "

"fantastic location and breakfast"

"This hotel is very nice for that area, it's a great alternative to Hilton. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable. It looks like a new hotel as TV, air conditioning system, plugs, etc look modern. The bathroom is big, clean and comfortable. The isolation of the room is good, but as the area is quite crowded, it's difficult to totally isolate the street noise. "
