Their is a small dedicated section for persons booked with this service which is nice, however, the check-in time to get the room after the scheduled 3PM check-in was over 2hrs. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the...

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay.
