Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.

You'll have the entire home to yourself, including fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered deck, detached carport, + private hot tub.

You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house!

Osprey View is newly remodeled and is spacious, functional, and well-equipped for relaxing and as homebase for exploring Tamarack Resort and the surrounding area; it's also one of the few Tamarack Resort cottages with air conditioning, a true summer luxury. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

OPEN FLOOR PLAN
With fresh white paint, Osprey View is exceptionally bright and airy and the open concept main level offers excellent flow for gathering and entertaining. The remodeled kitchen features a large island and custom cabinetry, providing far more storage space than is typically afforded in Tamarack Cottages. We especially love the premium features, including a built-in wine cooler, coffee bar, and spacious stainless appliances (including gas range). You'll enjoy golf course and lake views right outside of your sizable glass slider, and curling up with a book in front of the gas fireplace is highly recommended!

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king-sized bed and is the perfect place to relax or have some privacy for those who need to work remotely, complete with a smart TV and a dedicated workspace. You can also access the back patio from this bedroom. You'll feel like you're in your own private spa in the spacious ensuite, outfitted with double vanities, a newly tiled walk-in shower (and rain showerhead) and deep soaking tub. The laundry closet is also located here with full-sized LG washer/dryer.

SECONDARY BEDROOM
Located upstairs, the secondary ensuite bathroom/bedroom has a queen bed and is spacious, cozy, and private, and is also equipped with a smart TV. This bathroom has a newly remodeled large walk-in tiled shower with a rain showerhead.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Your backyard is literally the award-winning Osprey Meadows Golf Course! Osprey View has a beautiful covered back patio that features a recessed hot tub and ski locker, and also boasts stunning golf course views as well as Lake Cascade. One of our favorite features of this home is the immediate trail access next to the property--south will connect you to groomed Nordic trails in the winter (as well as access to the Poma lift) and miles of hiking/biking trails in summer. North provides trail access to pickleball courts, the Village at Tamarack dining and shopping, and access to the Tamarack Express chairlift. East will provide quick access to the Lodge at Osprey Meadows as well as Arling Center wedding/event venues.

PARKING
Guests will have access to a one-car detached carport, and the driveway can accommodate one additional car (2 cars total). For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

We provide enough paper towels (2 full rolls) and toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom) to get your stay started. For larger groups or longer stays, add these to your grocery list—we want you stocked and comfortable.

Tamarack Resort has two EV charging stations in the main parking lot near the Village—convenient for Tesla and other electric vehicle owners.

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Thanks for understanding.
