"The hotel and restaurant are both really nice, as are the modern rooms. We had a standard double room on a Saturday night which was very reasonably priced at £70 (room only)..but the meals for both dinner and breakfast were not only really great but also very reasonably priced. The only snag was that our room had a very smelly bathroom (drains) which at times was over powering. I hope they get that sorted."

"It was cheap stay over but we ended up in a room with a bath that we was told didn’t work. The water stopped working and had to be fixed (the landlady was as quick as she could be to sort this out). The decor and furniture is old and uncomfortable however it is in the middle of a refurb (would have been nice to know this before I booked). The breakfast (that it states is in with the price) is non existent as the property has no kitchen. We would never stay here again."
