"Nice and quiet hotel. Loved the mattress in our room; I slept soundly. AC worked well and kept the room very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine - cereal, toast, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Liked the location - about a 10-minute drive to Canada's Wonderland. Right across from Wal Mart, so it was easy to go pick up a few snacks and stuff. Would stay here again."

"I liked the elevator experience. Suite was beautiful. Couch not comfortable though. The view was awesome. Free breakfast was awesome. Lounge Patio with awesome view was awesome. Only thing wrong was the parking garage. It was horrible. So difficult to find P2 parking section. Signage leaves a lot to be desired."

"It's very conveniently located north of Toronto with immediate access to the TTC subway across the street. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff. We opted to extend our stay by two days. The breakfast is great and hotel seemed very quiet. The only criticism, if there is one, would be that they need to update their televisions so visitors can sign into their preferred subscription sites. A second waffle maker may also be beneficial. It was a great stay overall."

Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that at all. One example was the towels provided in our room. They were old, badly worn, and torn into several places. We even took photos as evidence. "Upon arriving at the hotel, I was thrilled to find it spotless and inviting. The check-in process was smooth, and I eagerly anticipated settling into my room and sinking into the bed. However, to my dismay, my five-year-old daughter expressed her discomfort, claiming the room smelled strange and that she had found feces on the blanket.
