"When i booked i didn't realise how close it was to the A1, so was a bit worried about traffic noise when i found out, as it turned out i didn't need to, the rooms were located to the back of the property and you couldn't hear anything. "This is a lovely hotel, staff were great, food was fabulous. They have an excellent pastry chef. It’s a relaxed hotel in a quiet area. Very handy for travelling by car from Newcastle. "We booked this last minute trip to Northumberland. We have driven past often during summer holidays and were looking for a hotel for a few nights. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The room was spotless but a little small, however as we only booked the night before we thought we were lucky to get a room!! Embleton is close to lots of attractions, close to the beach and Alnwick and Craster. It’s great value for the price and we will definitely be back."
