"The carpet in our room was ripped and looked dirty, and the bed skirt had a big stain on it. It was ripped it made me feel like the room was dirty. They were out of a lot of stuff for breakfast and we were down there early around 9 AM."

No telling how long the others had waited before we arrived. We tried calling the number provided, but it rang at the front desk and no one was there to answer. "The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise."

"Nice, affordable place to stay. Wasn’t aware until check-in that they were installing a new TV provider. Air conditioning fan was very loud which had to be turned off at night."

"Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes...

"Room was dirty we had a dirty towel. The towel didn’t look white it was gross. The sheets had stains. The shower head wasnt spraying water correctly. No elevator which sucked because are bags were heavy. Would not stay here again. "

"We went out exploring on our first day. We went to dinner and attended a show that evening. When we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned, our dirty towels had not been replaced, and our coffee packs had not been replenished."

"Everything was wonderful until the morning we checked out, It started with the random knock on the door at 0730. After that, I received a call from front desk with major confusion on when I was checking out. I think the lady working on the am of May 6th needs to work on her approach to customers."
